I guide my clients toward a better understanding of their experiences-both past and present.

I have been involved with hypnosis/coaching for ten years. It seems natural to have evolved into this profession at this stage of my life. I have journeyed on my life's path far enough to feel I have a sufficient amount of wisdom, sensitivity and knowledge to share with my clients. My natural ability to be empathetic and supportive makes it comfortable to work with people of all ages and backgrounds.

I have also participated in my own personal exploration. This is important because a hypnotist/coach is a guide for his/her client, and any good guide would first explore and travel the path before they lead others --'exploration is the key to finding direction'.

I guide my clients toward a better understanding of their experiences-both past and present. My goal is to help open the door to new possibilities. I provide an environment that is safe and comfortable. Together we discuss personal issues-life’s successes and disappointments.

I feel that each person is born with innocence and inner beauty. As children we are not always given the proper tools to adapt to negative family situations or social environment. A person’s true essence gets covered up and they tend to loose trust in themselves and others. My goal is to look at each person individually and help them to find trust in themselves again. I want to help my clients understand, validate, find unconditional acceptance and take pride in their true goodness.

I continue to update my training so I can bring to my clients professional guidance in creating a life that feels good.
